Meaning

ね adds a nuance like ‘right?’, ‘isn't it?’, or a friendly sentence-final ‘you know’.

A shared impression: Invites the listener to evaluate weather, food, a place, or another visible situation together.
A gentle check: Confirms information that the speaker already believes is likely.

Intonation changes the strength of the request: level ね gently shares an impression, while rising ね expects more of a response.

Do not use ね instead of an ordinary question when you have no idea what the answer is.
Putting ね in every sentence can sound as if you constantly demand agreement.
